Good morning Rector,  I ask the courtesy to publish the following announcements, issued by the Imperial Spokesman, in the halls of your university so that all doctors as they have knowledge and can possibly contact me to request access to Imperial Order of Physicians.  There is also an announcement with an explanation of the disease, which is useful for physicians and for the population.  Thanks.  Matteo Visconti Borgia  Rector of the University of Milan  Duke consort of Carniola  Count consort of Concordia  ACCESS TO THE IMPERIAL ORDER OF PHYSICIANS  To all the people of the Empire  With this announcement, we are now accepting applications for the access to the Imperial Order of Physicians.  Candidates who wish to deepen their study of medicine and serve the Empire can request access. They will be evaluated with an interview about medical knowledge possessed.  As the Charta of the Order require they must be constantly present in the classroom. The lessons will be held by the Grand Master of the Order and his aides. The final exam allows you to obtain the degree of Imperial Physician  The access to the lessons of medicine is open to all citizens who have chosen the way of medicine.  All citizens who have taken other paths can apply for access to the class for studies of herbs and reach, at the end of the course and final exams, the degree of the Herbalist of the Order.  Applications must be sent to the Grand Master Matteo Visconti Borgia ("Matthius") indicating the full name, the state of their knowledge and any degrees held, the city of origin and brief reasons for which access is sought.  Candidates will be summoned later at the Imperial Palace for the interview, if deemed appropriate.  This call will remain open until all of the appropriate number of aspirants, which will be communicated in the office of Grand Master.  Signed in Strasbourg on December 11th in the year of the Almighty MCDLXII  Matteo Visconti Borgia  Grand Master of the Imperial Order of Physicians  Personal physician of her Majesty the Empress  DISCLOSURE ON DISEASES  To all the physicians of the Empire  To all the people of the Empire  For some time now the diseases has spread in the territories of the Empire. Many citizens have been affected by the diseases so far known.
